Interactive Coaching Sessions

Each weekly group meeting will focus on a different topic including identifying and improving your eating habits, meal planning using everyday foods, planning for hectic lifestyles, increasing physical activity and the right nutrition for exercise. All sessions will be recorded if you can't make the live session.

In addition to your weekly zoom meeting, you will have access to the app which will store all of your course information and progress tracking. This is your one stop shop to track your results & progress, access your schedule & message me.

Self Control Techniques

We will cover a number of self control techniques to ensure that we achieve more permanent weight control and sustainable habits.

Expert Accountability

There will be weekly tasks and we will be tracking your progress throughout the course. You can expect to reclaim your wardrobe, feel confident and drop up to a stone in these 8 weeks if weight loss is your goal but the main focus will be on building new habits that will last you a lifetime.

Nutrition & Weight Management Coaching

Learn what makes a good diet; what calories are and the education around different nutrients including the low down on fats, sugar & fibre. You will be guided on carbohydrates & exercise...you are going to be in the know on everything to do with nutrition at the end of these 8 weeks!

You are going to learn why you don't have to

de-rail because of a late work meeting or a social occasion with friends. I am going to show you how to plan for small changes & a hectic lifestyle without un-doing all of your hard work!

Hi 👋 My name is Adele and I'm an Online Health & Fitness Coach. I've been doing this for 7 years and to put it simply, I LOVE IT 💪

I've been fortunate enough to combine my career with my passion for health & fitness. I've always had a love for fitness and I reached my peak health & fitness AFTER having 2 children and now I'm lucky enough to be able to help other busy working Mum's reclaim their energy, wardrobe and identity without compromising their work commitments or family time!
